These Terms & Conditions are a legal agreement between you and Johannes Lundstrom (the seller, “we”, “us” or “our”), the operator of the Homework Hall website and service. When you create an account, subscribe, or make a purchase, you are contracting with Johannes Lundstrom.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Homework Hall service, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Continued use after we post changes means you accept the revised terms.
3. Description of the service

Teachers can create classes, publish vocabulary and sentence assignments, set test windows, choose practice modes, and review automatically corrected results. Students can join classes with a code, practise assignments, and complete timed tests in a locked window.
4. Account registration and authority
You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date. If you are using Homework Hall on behalf of a school or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Acceptable use

We aim to keep Homework Hall available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may carry out maintenance or updates that affect availability and will try to minimise disruption.

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you:

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Johannes Lundstrom’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Johannes Lundstrom from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes to the terms
