We want you to be satisfied with Homework Hall. If you are not happy with your Pro subscription, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Refund period
You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any reason. Refund requests made after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved if there is a genuine problem with the service.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Homework Hall orders. To request a refund, please visit paddle.net or contact our support team at jda.lundstrom@gmail.com.
What happens after the refund
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. If you received a refund, your Pro access will be downgraded to the free plan at the end of the current billing period or immediately, depending on the timing of the refund.
Free plan
Homework Hall remains free for your first 50 published homework sessions. No payment is required to use the free plan, so no refund applies.
